Observation

During the coursse of the complaint assessment, licensor Isis-Smith determined that there is enough information available to determine more likely than not the Right at School staff failed to report the incident within 48 hours. Licensor Isis-Smith was informed that the inappropriate touching incident between the two boys had happened a few days prior to the Right at School staff making a report to DCYF Intake Line.
